What Makes Us Shine
The CLS Difference
At CLS Living, we deliver exceptional resident experiences in each of our top-rated boutique student housing communities. Our approach is hospitality-centric, which means our residents feel like they have an advocate when it comes to navigating college life and having the freedom of expression that comes with college studies and new experiences. We are service-minded and want each member of our community to succeed – in their courses and program, and in their down-time and in their goals for the future.
Five-Star Experience
At CLS Living, our concept of boutique-style student housing doesn’t stop at design, our hospitality-centric approach informs everything we do. Our team spent three years training under the Forbes Travel Guide before launching our own in-house hospitality department.
